PRIVACY POLICY
OVERVIEW
Andrii Lytovchenko built Endure as a paid application with a free 7-day trial. This policy explains what data the app collects, how it is used, and your rights regarding that data. We are committed to a simple principle: your data belongs to you. Endure does not collect personal information, does not display advertising, and does not share your data with any third party.
DATA WE COLLECT AND HOW IT IS USED
2.1 Workout Data
Endure stores the workout configurations you create and the time results you record. This data is saved locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework and, if you are signed into iCloud, synced across your devices via Apple's CloudKit infrastructure.
This data never leaves Apple's ecosystem.
We have no access to your workout data at any time.
You can delete all data at any time by erasing workout history within the app or deleting the app itself.
2.2 Microphone and Voice Recognition
If you grant microphone permission, the app uses Apple's Speech framework to recognize voice commands ("start" / "stop"). All voice processing is performed entirely on your device. No audio recordings are made, stored, or transmitted anywhere.
2.3 Apple Health
If you grant HealthKit permission, the app writes your workout duration to the Apple Health app on your device. We do not read any Health data. This data is stored and managed entirely by Apple and subject to Apple's own privacy policy.
2.4 Purchase and Trial
The app uses Apple's StoreKit 2 framework to manage the 7-day free trial and one-time purchase. Purchase history and trial state are tied to your Apple ID and managed entirely by Apple. We do not collect or store any payment information.
2.5 Analytics and Crash Reporting
Endure does not integrate any third-party analytics, tracking, or crash reporting tools. We collect no usage statistics, behavioral data, or diagnostics from your device.
2.6 Advertising
Endure contains no advertising of any kind and does not use any advertising frameworks or identifiers.
ICLOUD SYNC
If you are signed into iCloud on your device, your workout data syncs automatically across your iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch via Apple CloudKit. This sync is governed by Apple's iCloud Terms and Conditions and Apple's Privacy Policy. We do not control, access, or store data on iCloud servers. Your data persists in iCloud even if the app is deleted, and will be restored upon reinstallation with the same Apple ID. You can delete your iCloud data at any time through your device's iCloud settings.
DATA SHARING
We do not sell, trade, rent, or share your personal data with any third party, for any reason, at any time. There are no third-party SDKs, frameworks, or services integrated into Endure that collect data.
DATA RETENTION AND DELETION
All workout data is stored on your device and in your personal iCloud account.
You are in full control:
Delete workout history: available within the app on the Edit Workout screen.
Delete all data: delete the app from your device. If iCloud sync is active, also remove the app's data from your iCloud account via: Settings → [Your Name] → iCloud → Manage Account Storage.
CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Endure is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children. If you believe a child has used the app in a way that raises privacy concerns, please contact us at the address below.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected with an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

TERMS OF SERVICE
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By downloading, installing, or using Endure, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
These Terms apply to all versions of the App on iOS, iPadOS, and watchOS.
LICENSE
Subject to these Terms, Andrii Lytovchenko grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple devices that you own or control.
You may not:
Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any part of it
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
Use the App for any commercial purpose without prior written consent
Transfer your license to another person
FREE TRIAL AND PURCHASE
Free Trial: The App is available as a free download with a 7-day full-access trial. During the trial period, all features of the App are available at no charge.
One-Time Purchase: After the 7-day trial expires, a one-time payment of $4.99 is required to continue using the App. This is a single, permanent purchase — there are no subscriptions, no recurring charges, and no feature tiers.
Trial Tracking: The trial period is tracked via Apple's StoreKit 2 framework and is tied to your Apple ID. Deleting and reinstalling the App does not reset the trial period.
Restore Purchase: If you have previously purchased the App on another device using the same Apple ID, you can restore your purchase at no additional charge via the Restore Purchase option in the App's Settings screen.
Payments and Refunds: All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's purchase terms and conditions. For refund requests, please contact Apple directly. We do not process payments or refunds directly.
HEALTH AND FITNESS DISCLAIMER
Endure is a timing tool designed to assist with workout tracking. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
The App does not provide health, medical, or fitness advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare or fitness professional before beginning any exercise program. Andrii Lytovchenko is not responsible for any injury, health issue, or adverse outcome arising from use of the App or reliance on data recorded by the App.
APPLE HEALTH INTEGRATION
If you enable Apple Health integration, workout data will be written to the Health app on your device. This feature is optional. Andrii Lytovchenko is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or use of data within Apple Health.
AVAILABILITY AND UPDATES
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation. App updates may be issued through the App Store. We recommend keeping the App updated to benefit from bug fixes and improvements.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, design, code, graphics, and other materials within the App are the exclusive property of Andrii Lytovchenko and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or brand elements.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of bugs. Use of the App is at your own risk.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Andrii Lytovchenko shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ukraine.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be indicated by an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
